As far as CBD delivery methods are concerned there is no more popular on than vaping. Whether its due to its small and convenient size or ease of use CBD cartridges are outselling their competitors by leaps and bound. With how easy it is to use these products it’s not hard to see why vaping CBD has become so popular though.
When vaporized, CBD enters directly into the bloodstream through the lungs and is not processed anywhere else in the body. Not having to be filtered through the digestive system, liver or kidneys like edible CBD means it can get right to work right away.
How does Vaping CBD work with the body?
If you think of CBD as a message that wants to find a place to share its information. Then if you think of the human endocannabinoid system as a bunch of receptors waiting to receive that message, you will have a basic idea of how CBD works with the body.
So for example, if one of your knees is injured, the receptors in that joint are receiving pain messages. So since your endocannabinoid system wants to protect you it starts sending out message much like the messages found in cannabinoids. In the case of pain on a joint, your endocannabinoid system might try to immobilize your knee by sending a message back to the receptors that tell them to create inflammation around the injury. And we all know inflammation is not always a good thing. (That’s why we ice it to get the inflammation down.)
On the other hand, if you add the cannabinoid CBD to it and the CBD sends a soothing calming message to the CB receptors in your knee instead of painful messages. It could very well reduce the inflammation and promote healing of the injured area. (CBD is not FDA reviewed and this is not intended to treat, diagnose or cure any ailments. Additional studies need to be done before any claims can be made.)
What is in a CBD Cartridge:
Well to answer that question I need to first clarify that when I talk about the ingredients in a CBD Vape cartridge I am only talking about A Clean Choice brand CBD products. Unfortunately, not all brands are as easy on the additives as we are. Just remember regardless of which brand you choose, check them out first. If they can not tell you, where, how and with what ingredients their products are made, just walk away. Good brands SHOULD have lab test and batch tests done on every product. If they don’t how can you know whether you are getting the amount of CBD that you are paying for?

- Terpenes: These are all natural flavorings produced by the cannabis plant as well as other plants in nature. For more information on what terpenes are and what they can do for your bodies wellbeing click here.
Instructions for vaping CBD
Now that you know the why and the what behind CD vape cartridges it’s time to learn about the how. The good news it’s really easy and user-friendly.
- Attach the CBD cartridge to the A Clean Choice battery that is provided in your starter kit.
It is important not to use A Clean Choice brand cartridges with any other brands devices. Our products are a perfect fit for our batteries. That means you will have the connection you need to get your dollars worth out of your CBD cartridge. If you use another type of battery, even if the threads are the same, chances are it will not seal right. This can lead to a weak hit and fast burn. Which means you won’t be getting the quality CBD that you deserve.
2. Place the tip of the cartridge to your lips and take a slow, steady breath in. First filling the oral cavity then inhaling the vapor into your lungs.
3. Hold for 3 to 5 seconds before exhaling the remaining vapor.
That’s it. It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3!
How much should I be using?
If you have a particular issue you are trying to get CBD to work for, Start high, get your levels topped off then back down. This boost in CBD is thought to basically help to top off your tank and get you balanced so that you can use less to maintain.
On the other hand, if you are not trying to work on a specific issue and just want to see what benefits you can get out of CBD, start low. Then work your way up until you are seeing the results you want. HEalthy people just simply may not need as much CBD as less healthy folks.
Regardless of which plan of action you go with keeping your puffs to between 3 and 5 per usage. You can then reduce every hour or every few hours as needed.
********For best results use in conjunction with CBD pills or tinctures. Vaping CBD is a great way to supplement your CBD intake throughout the day. So, for instance, I take 1 ml of CBD tincture in the morning and one at night. During the day I hit my CBD vape a few times to help keep the cannabinoids working at top strength inside me. **********
